Weekend in Birmingham
Last weekend, we went to a farmer's market. But there wasn't one. So we walked around Bearwood, where we had an ice cream in Victoria Park.

Then we went to the museum to see a special Tibetan mandala made of sand. But there wasn't one. So we watched a bunch of people getting all excited and dancing around may poles because of St. George's Day (patriot saint of England).

We went to the Custard Factory, the place where Mr. Bird made his famous custard which is now a hip and trendy place with galleries, shops and a club.

We had a drink with a huge dragon watching over us.

And we greeted The Green Man, the largest living sculpture of the UK.

But the absolute highlight of the weekend followed on Saturday night when I painted a gnome.

Dat is ook zo! Jullie gingen kamperen!
